I guess I should start with Friday. Friday we had horrible weather coming. When I went to bed Thursday night it said it would roll in around 9AM. When I woke up Friday it had changed to a little later. It never actually got to us until around 7pm. We missed the worst of it but there were 4 tornadoes in Tarrant and Dallas county. The longer it took to get here the more nervous I got. Craig was content to mock and make fun of me, that was greatly appreciated. Yeah, not so much.
Saturday we shopped until we dropped. Ethan needed new shoes again. I can’t believe that he has gone from a size 2 to a size 7 in one year. That just seems insane to me. Hopefully he’ll be able to wear these shoes at least through the summer. We also went and got him a better tricycle, the one we bought a month or so ago was complete crap. This one is pretty cool. We also headed out to Bass Pro Shops so that Craig could use his gift cards that he got for his birthday. Sunday was the best day of all. We went to the Bluebonnet Festival in Ennis. The festival was like a mini first Monday but the Trail, even the little bit that we went down, was amazing. I wish that we could have seen more but Craig was ready to go so we left rather then fight.

Sunday was also an awesome day because Craig let me get a dog. It’s also a dog from the pet store which I’ve never done before. He was expensive way more then we expected but he is absolutely precious. He is a schnauzer and pekingese. We named him Neo and Ethan has already started saying it. He’s so smart.
