Pizza sauce – nothing fancy about pizza sauce so no pictures of that.

1 can of tomato paste

1 can of tomato sauce

then I seasoned to taste with oregano, cilantro, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, basil, garlic

I also added some red pepper it made the sauce way to hot for me but Big Daddy and Princess P liked it

Pizza dough – this is from my bread machine manual. Now first I have to tell you that it said for a thick crust pizza it made 1 or you could divide it in half for 2 thin crust pizzas. We could have divided it into at least 3 possibly 4 thin crust pizzas.

1 cup water

2 tablespoons water

1 cup wheat flour

1.5 cup bread flour

1 tablespoons sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp active dry yeast

put it together and use the setting that your bread machine tells you too
