Cheeseburger Casserole

I don’t have a picture but it was YUMMY!!

Brown the meat, I did a pound but next time I would do at least 1.5, drain, then put in a casserole dish and season to your liking

Next, I cut up 1 pickle and mixed that in. I only did one because Ethan doesn’t like pickles

Then mix together 3 eggs, 3/4 cup bisquick, and 1 1/2 cups milk then pour over the beef and pickles

Cook at 400 for 25 – 30 minutes cover the top with shredded cheese and then cook until cheese is melted
