1/3 cup broccoli with cheese sauce (if you’re going to buy frozen broccoli with cheese sauce don’t try to save a few cents with Great Value, it was disgusting)

Afternoon Snack

coffee

8 carrots, triscuits, and 2 tbsp Kraft ranch

Dinner

lemon pepper fettuccine with grilled chicken

calorie total 1117

Exercise – 40 minutes on treadmill
