Today I had a game plan I had a list of the places I needed to go and what we needed to get at each place. We hit Home Depot, Borders, Best Buy, PetSmart, Hallmark. Then we head to Sams, or as Ethan cleverly calls it Samsples. Craig pulled decided to get gas before heading into Sams. He gets out, pumps the gas, gets in, turns ignition, and nothing not even a little click. Emerson was hot and hungry and very upset. Ethan wanted to be Super Why and save the day. I was in disbelief because the car had worked not even 5 minutes earlier. Craig was Pissed Off. We found a nice guy to give us a jump and still nothing. A guy probably in his 70s or 80s a few pumps over came over and told them that they didn’t know how to jump a car. That was kind of funny. So they redid it under his direction but still no dice. I called my mom and daddy was out of town so she fixed her hair and came to get me and the kids. We got a hold of my bil and he came up and helped Craig. Right after we left they jumped it with my bil’s jumper cables (and who knew this but there are different kinds of jumper cables) and his worked because they are heavy duty. So now are Dave Ramsey emergency fund is down a little over $100 cause we had to buy a new battery but at least it didn’t have to go on a credit card.
