I wanted to get Princess P a play kitchen for her birthday. I picked one out and the day after Christmas got online to buy it only to find out that they were sold out. I was so bummed but
signed up to get an email when they came back in stock. A couple of days after her birthday I got the email. Also a bummer because at that point we had already bought all of her presents giving up on the idea of getting her the kitchen. I couldn’t give up so I begged/nagged/pleaded with Big daddy until he gave in and told me we could get it anyway. He was pretty skeptical as to why a child would want to play with kitchen anyways. His biggest argument being that I don’t like to be in the kitchen. Once I had him even slightly on board I was ready to go. We ended up getting a different one, they were selling for the same price plus we found a Toys R Us in town that had it so we wouldn’t have to pay for bulk shipping. This seemed like a great idea until we got to the store and saw how huge the box was. We went back and forth on whether or not it would fit in the trunk of our car, turns out the answer was no. The Toys R Us employee was so sweet and helped us cram all the pieces in the trunk and then folded the box up for us.
